Coupled with nearly 40 years of construction experience, Beth Rosser’s 13 years of real estate practice brings a unique and helpful perspective to The Gary Mercer Team. Beth co-owns a specialty sub-contracting company in West Chester, PA and has been an integral part of daily operations since 1988.

After discovering her passion for helping others find their dream homes, Beth was quick to make a name for herself within the Southeastern Pennsylvania real estate scene. Beth’s clients describe her approach and methods as proactive, honest and detailed. 

Beth prides herself on being a trusted and devoted guide to help her clients navigate the intricacies of real estate transactions. These innate qualities stem from her primary role as a mother and “Noni” to her four children and seven grandchildren. In her free time, you’ll find Beth cooking, enjoying walking trails throughout Chester County, and spending time with her family.
