Melanie Walters's Profile

Born and raised in Media, PA, I currently reside in Edgemont Township with my husband and our two sons, both of whom are graduates of Penncrest High School.

My career in the industry began in 1993, where I gained extensive experience in the mortgage and title sectors. Following a period dedicated to raising my children, during which I also worked as a personal trainer at the Rocky Run YMCA, I returned to the housing industry in 2017. In my role with Alan Mancill Builders, I managed office operations and oversaw closings, ensuring all buyer requirements were met.

I officially obtained my real estate license in 2023. While I am a recently licensed agent, my multi-decade background in various facets of the home-buying process allows me to provide comprehensive support to my clients. Outside of my professional life, I serve as a volunteer for the Penncrest Lacrosse Boosters and enjoy running, skiing, and traveling with my family.
