Licensed in 2004, Sharra has sold real estate in Center City Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. She enjoys a successful career in sales while also overseeing the marketing and business development divisions as CEO of The Gary Mercer Team. She prides herself on finding buyers their perfect dream home and specializes in New Construction development in the surrounding Tri-County Area. She enjoys working with sellers, getting their homes sold by creating customized marketing and lead generation for each client, including strategic incentives, and thematic and multi-channel marketing.
